We use a dense composite gasket material to limit warping, CNC laser cut for precise fitment, silicone embossed around every water and oil port for a more precise pressure seal and no weeping issues.
CNC machined solid bronze fire rings to take the punishment of those high cylinder pressures and limit the layers which the seal can fail.
